Detox Lime Infused Water Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 lime, sliced
1 lime, juiced
10 oz water

 

In a large glass or mason jar, or fruit infusion pitcher, place the lime slices and lime juice. Top with water. Refrigerate.Allow the limes to steep in the water for at least 4 hours.

Strawberry Kiwi Infused Water Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (see how to peel a kiwi video)4 strawberries, hulled and sliced10 leaves mint ice, optional

Place the kiwi slices, strawberry slices, and mint leaves into a 1/2 gallon pitcher.

Fill the pitcher with water and add ice if desired Refill with water and ice as needed.Discard after 24 hours.

CUCUMBER MINT WATER {CUCUMBER INFUSED WATER}

Ingredients

2 cups cucumbers sliced

1/4 cup mint leaves

1 gallon cold water

Instructions

Combine cucumber, mint, and water in a large pitcher. Let sit at room temperature or in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to release the flavors.

Snacks are very important while doing your 10 day cleanse! the last thing you want to do is eat the wrong type of foods when those hunger pangs kick in! these are my go to snacks to ease the carvings!

A fruit bowl will give you a variety of different flavors so your taste buds wont get tired of the same old foods and it will also curb those sugar cravings!

​

Brussel sprouts are great to eat as a snack or full meal! they have a meaty texture and flavor. just add a low fat butter to them and eat! I think they make a great finger food like popcorn and are full of fiber so be prepared to hit the throne!

​

Yogurt is a healthy snack with good probiotics for a healthy gut! its better to eat plain yogurt with any fruit but i will just recommend you choose the kind you like!
